My email unsubscribe link is not working. How do I fix it?

Hi @JoyF8

 

After testing in your account we were unable to replicate this same experience through our support copy. We can also see our chat support recommended testing the unsubscribe link in a different browser or a private/incognito window. Are you having this same experience when testing your browser?
