2 emails sent last week have very low open rates. After investigating, it was discovered that most went to people's spam/junk folders. Since this has not happened before and involved such a large percentage of our contacts we feel the problem must be on Constant Contact's end. Please look into this.

If your newsletters are going into spam it is a content related issue.
