I am trying to use the program properly and have an email question. When inputting email addresses within the contacts section do the emails go out individually or does the message go out in a mass email showing everyone all the emails?

Email sendouts are always treated as individual sends for Compliance and privacy. So the email will look like a 1:1 communication from you directly to the contact.
