Hello @AllanH887 ,

I went into the account associated with this Community profile, and had no issues scheduling or unshceduling the drafted email. I'd recommend checking a few things on your Scheduling page if you're receiving that error, especially if this is in regards to an account not associated with your Comm profile that I can't check for you:

  • Select Edit for the physical address to make sure it's adequately formatted - no extraneous spaces before or after the zip code, state/province properly selected, etc.
  • Make sure a valid list is selected. If this is in regards to a trial account, make sure the list(s) you're selecting wouldn't put you over the 100 sendout limit.
  • Make sure the from and reply-to addresses for the email are still verified on the account.
  • Make sure there isn't a banner at the top of your screen, telling you to contact Review.
