Since all of your optonline contacts are showing as blocked, I'd recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team for a more in-depth investigation of the issue. You may also wish to reach out to OptOnline to see if they have anything happening on their end.
We can submit a Deliverability callback ticket for you, if you're unable to call in and stay on the line. Depending on the size of their queue it may take up to 24 business hours before they're able to respond. Just let us know if you'd prefer this method.
