I am trying to filter out all contacts who have an open rate of 0% in their engagement. Is this possible?
Hi @Dholloway. You can do this by creating a segment and selecting the following criteria under Contact Activity:
Did not open > any email. There isn't a setting for "all time" but you can select up to two years.
