Hello @LOUP96680,

Thanks for posting this to the Community!

Great question! We know that contacts sometimes accidentally unsubscribe. Due to anti spam laws we are unable to manually re-subscribe your contacts. You would have to send them a request to re-subscribe. Click Here for instructions on adding those contacts back to your account.

I hope that this helps! Thank you for using Constant Contact, have a great day!

I wish I knew how to find out if they are back. I see - as "Awaiting confirmation". Not sure what that means. - "Express permission" what ever that means. Neither opened lastweek's HAPPENINGSS. WIll see this week ??

Hi @LOUP96680,

Thanks for reaching out again and I'm sorry for any confusion with the status of your contacts. You can use the search function to locate a contact's record. Just click Contacts, then add the contact's email, first name or last name to the search box. When you see the contact record in the search results, simply click on the name or email to go into the contact record:

From here you can check the permission status of the contact. For example, this contact's permission is set to Express Permission:

Express Permission indicates that your contact has specifically requested to get your emails. Whereas the Awaiting Confirmation status means you have enable Confirmed Opt-in for your account and your contact hasn't yet responded. I hope this helps!
