Hello, I have created an event in Constant Contact and some people are getting the message below when the click the event link to access the site. Why? Can I fix it? Others can get to the site and register. "We're sorry but we've experienced an error processing your request. Please contact the Event Organizer."

Hi, it's me again.  Folks get the error message after they fill out the registration form and try to submit it.  Why?  How do I fix it?

Hi @MollieW40, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with people not being able to register. So far, I haven't been able to replicate the issue. I successfully registered for the event. But, just to confirm everyone that has reported this to you received the error message after filling out the form. Did anyone receive the error when simply trying to access the registration page? About how many people have reported this issue? If you have open communication with them, I'd be curious if they could share what browser they used or if they were on a home or work internet network. It would be good to see if there is a common denominator with the affected prospective registrants.
