Has anyone created automated emails based on eventbrite registrations?  I need to do the following and need to know if CC is capable:


Send email to a group of people - this email includes an eventbrite buy now button

IF a person registers - I want to trigger another email send to them

IF a person opens the email but does not register - I want to send them a different email

If the person does not open the email at all - I want to resend them the original email

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with these questions! The good news is our emails do have the ability to resend to non-openers. You can even include our Eventbrite action block in these emails. This block will allow your contacts to access your event and but its tickets.


If a person registers, you can then send an email to registrants can be done directly through Eventbrite. You can also access the contacts who bought tickets through your email in the Eventbrite Responses section. These contacts can be added into a new list and reached out to through another campaign. However at this time, I apologize there isn't a feature that will allow you to email contacts who do not register. This will have to be done manually by:
