excessive account review

When I went through account review last time (the one and only time I ever used your service---less than a month ago), I explained that the email addresses I reach out to are colleagues---not cold marketing. I explained where I got the information--and that I did not purchase any marketing list. How often will I have to keep reviewing my account?? This is so inconvenient. I can email my colleagues one by one and it will be easier than this service has been.
