This tool has changed and the newsletter comes out with a distorted picture of our logo on fb. Before when we uploaded it we could select a photo. Looks awful

Hello @MasterMovesLtd ,

 

Check your logo image to make sure it's meeting Facebook's recommendations / requirements for image presentation.
