I 'm from Mexico , if I want to schedule my campaign , I do it with the schedule mexico ?

When you set the Time Zone within the settings on your account, the emails are scheduled based off of this time zone.  If you have set the time zone in the account to the one in Mexico, then the emails will be sent at whatever time your schedule in your local time.  To set your time zone you can click My Account and then choose My Settings.  From there down the right side of the screen you can set the Time Zone.
