on opening stats whats the difference between unique opens and all opens? thanks david

Thank you for coming back to the Community with your questions! The difference between unique opens and all opens is based on the number of times a contact has opened your email campaign. Unique opens are a list where contacts have opened your email are only counted once, even if they open it multiple times. While on the other-hand, the all opens reporting is how many total opens your email has including the contacts who opened it multiple times. Here's an article in our Help Center with more information to help better understand the open reporting of your emails.
