font issue

Hi there, I seem to be having issue with trying to change fonts in my campaign. I select a font then it keeps defaulting back to 'Arial'.

Having Same issues, by default it is arial!

Is your text’s font changing even after updating the Global Font in your campaign?

If so I apologize this is happening and would like to troubleshoot this further for you. For instance, do you have a spellcheck feature running in your browser? We have seen some cases global font selection overrides the selected font of your text when using Spell Check. In these cases we suggest using spellcheck prior to changing a block's font type. If you do not fall under this category please let us know!

This also happens with every single on of our campaigns, regardless of the global font settings

Hello @PEPR,

 

I apologize that this is happening to you as well. Can you try deleting the text block and typing in your text manually instead of copying and pasting in a brand new block?

I'll give it a shot! I also have an issue where my fonts in my entire campaign change sizes. For instance, I just completed a campaign and all my text was 14pt. I edited a different text box and all of the text in my entire campaign changed to 16pt. Any thoughts?

Hello @PEPR,

 

It could be caused due to copy and paste. Try deleting the block and typing in the text manually into a brand new block to troubleshoot. Thanks!
