freezing

After I sign in and then click CREATE nothing is happening. I thought it was the pop up blocker , but I removed the setting. Any ideas? It is only a problem in Chrome my version is Google Chrome is up to date Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi @MarissaV45. It's great that you already did some troubleshooting. It's possible that an extension in Chrome might be causing the Create button to be unresponsive. If you disable extensions for incognito mode and then try to create a campaign using incognito, could you let us know if this helps?
