Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your account! I'm sorry to hear this is your experience when trying to create a Website using our new Website Builder! We have seen cases where there are caching issue caused by some 3rd-Party browsers causing the loop you're mentioning. We're working on building out better documentation to walk through disabling this feature on the impacted browsers. In the meantime we have a team of support agents specialized in our Website Builder who are more than happy to walk you through this. The good news is team can currently be reached by phone.
