haven't heard back!

i've been getting emails about my subscription and the chance of all of my contacts being deleted! i have responded to them but get no response!! i stopped using constant contact because literally all of my emails go to people's spam. i do not even send spammy messages. we produce events with celebrity talent. if this can be fixed on your end i would gladly use this service but it seems to be all BS to me that i have to pay for something that no one even receives??? how can we work on that? i'd appreciate a response if i'm going to keep getting emails and not even get let into my account!!

If you need to recover contacts from a cancelled account, please call our general support line so they can confirm your security permissions and get those lists sent to you. If you wish to renew services, I'd recommend calling our Deliverability team regarding the delivery issues you'd experienced.
