It would be nice to have an email feature on the help center options when chat and phone calls are not available. 


I have 1200 + clients in mind body and my campaigns have 600 emails.  How do I add the additional email addresses or know why the rest are not an option for the campaigns.

I'm sorry that we do not currently offer email support. I can pass on that request for you. We do offer limited support over the weekends through the Community and Twitter/Facebook.


Sometimes it's possible to have contacts within Mindbody which do not have listed email addresses, and those would not move over into your active contacts. If the contacts not moving over do have email addresses, you may need to re-sync your Mindbody account with your Constant Contact account. A link to instructions for that process can be found here.
