i would like to offer my clients a birthday club signup to send discounts and offers . How can I do this with constant contact?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Once clients sign up on a form, you can then have an Automated Birthday email send out when it is on or around their birthdays containing the discounts and offers. Thanks!
