Hello @BobbyF50 ,

If you're setup for self-authentication, you should be using a private domain to be sending your emails, not a free one (e.g. gmail, yahoo, me, aol, mac, etc.) Even if your current setup worked previously, a change on the receiving end would necessitate setting up your authentication the way email programs need them to be.

Considering the consistency of your bounces for Apple-related addresses, I believe this is the source of your issue. I'd recommend making sure your self-authentication is setup properly with your domain email addresses, and that you're sending from an address that's been authenticated. If you need further troubleshooting or insight on this, I'd recommend speaking with our Delivery team directly

Do I have authentication set up for my account?   I think this issue is a problem with all CC accounts.  Not just us.  We have been having 23 of 350 emails bounce back due to this problems. Normally we have 1 or 2 emails bounce back.  Last email we sent it dropped to 13 emails bounced so hopefully CC is trying to fix this problem with APPLE email addresses ending in @me.com and @mac.com and @icloud.com

We are having the same issue. Started the same day. We have over 300 bouncing as blocked, most of which are icloud or me addresses.

Hello @LaurieE502 ,

You don't have any authentication setup for your account, despite having your own domain. I'd advise setting your account up for self-authentication. If you need further assistance, I'd recommend speaking with the Delivery team directly.

I spoke to your deliverability team today. This is a known issue with Apple email addresses. CC is aware of it and is reaching out to them to resolve.
