You can add the social share bar to your email, and then simply plugin the base URL for your page. Make sure the page URL you're entering is the base one that your follower can access, and not an editing/managing URL that only you can access. Generally the setup will be: https://www.facebook.com/YourPage'sNameHere, for example: https://www.facebook.com/constantcontact
