i am still having issues i have never had before

when i upload my files, there is a quotation mark by the email addresses that isn't in excel and it is saying the file doesnt match the format for an email

In order to securely assist you in troubleshooting the file import, I'd advise either calling in for live, 1:1 assistance, or replying directly to the @ mention email you receive from this response. If you choose the email route, please provide your username, and attach the file. Thank you!
