Thanks for reaching out for help today. I apologize for the delay in our response. In order to get to the billing screen you will need to be logged in to your Constant Contact account. Once logged in you will click on your name in the top right corner and click on My Account. On the left side of the my account page, there will be a section with your billing information and you will be able to add or update your payment in formation there.
