At some point this fall, I lost the ability to edit images in the library. When I click on the pencil icon that used to open the image editor, it now only brings up the basic info window. I can't find an option to edit anywhere.

Hi Zoe, that article does not help, that's not what my screen looks like. When I click replace, there is no edit button at the bottom.
Can you also explain why clicking on the pencil icon when I'm looking at the image in the library doesn't take me to an edit screen like it used to?
Image editing comes with all plans with Constant Contact. Can you please try a different browser to see if that allows you to edit your photos? Another troubleshooting step would be to zoom out on your browser window to see if you can see the edit button after that. Thank you!
