impossible to upgrade my account

Hello i've started with a free trial. But whan i want to buy the plan, i go to "account settings" then "billing" and i i want to buy, it starts to load a page that become completely blank without any redirection to the payment. Therefore it's impossible for me to upgrade my account... what could we do to change this ? thanks
