inserting a facebook video in an email

I have copied the link from a facebook video that I want to insert in my email.  But when I paste the link into the link area in the video box, I get a red message that says, "That link doesn't look right. Did you type it correctly?" And if I try to test it, it does not play.  I can paste the same link into my browser and it goes directly to the video on Facebook and plays it.  So what can the problem be?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello @MaryT313,

You will need to provide a link from one of our accepted sources. Those are Vimeo, Wistia, and YouTube. Thank you!
