I had the understanding that it: - lasted a half year taking into account the first free of charge month - next payment date would be in September I do not understand why I am asked to pay now, if my credit is still positive. I can confirm that, at your current contact level, you'd still be covered for another couple months. Likely you received an automated email letting you know your balance is getting low, so you'll want to make sure you have funds ready for when you need to prepay again to avoid interruptions. Our system usually sends out reminders like this when the balance reached 2 months left, 1 month, and so on.
