invoicing problems

I'm furstrated that I can't send out my email because even though we've prepaid for a year and it says our next invoice isn't due until feb 2021, it's still defaulting to a monthly payment plan and telling me I have a monthly past due amount due. of course I can't get a human on a sunday and it won't let me send an email. Very frustrated with this billing system.

It looks like you've already contacted our Billing team regarding your prepayment setup, your current contact and charge levels, and how paper check payments work in regards to prepayment.
