isn't working

I can't insert a new image, and the integration on my website isn't working--capturing registrants. So I tried to do this kind of form. Can't seem to edit it.

Can you elaborate any further on what isn't working, or allowing your images to be insert? Are you using a landing page form, a coded inline or pop-up form made through us, or an integration form like the Wordpress integration?
