it takes a long time to save changes

It is taking several minutes for me to log in to Constant Contact and even longer to save changes to my email campaign.  SEVERAL minutes. Sometimes changes aren't saved and I have to do them over again.

We apologize that you are experiencing this when saving your campaigns. Would you mind providing more information so we can asses the situation?

 

  • What browser are you using?
  • Is this a home connection or public/work? Is this connection wireless or wired?
  • Have we tried other browsers?
  • Have we tried a incognito window or clearing or cache/cookies?

 

As for right now, we can offer these troubleshooting tips for general issues.

  • What browser are you using? I have tried Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
  • Is this a home connection or public/work? Is this connection wireless or wired? This occurs on both home and work connections, both wired and wireless.
  • Have we tried other browsers? answered above
  • Have we tried a incognito window or clearing or cache/cookies? I regularly clear out my cache and cookies.
