i need help with using the tool, for my website and marketing help

We'd be happy to assist! Is there anything you needed help with specifically in regards to the tools available in the product? 

 

If you have a website through Constant Contact, I would recommend reaching out to our website team. They are available at 866-816-5602 from Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. MT or 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. ET. 

 

In regards to email marketing, I recommend checking out our getting started guide. If you'd prefer, you can also call our support team at 866-289-2101 for a live, 1:1 walkthrough of the product. They are available Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. MT or 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. ET, Friday: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. MT or 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET and Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.
