landing page pop up

Hello we had installed a landing page pop a while back and while it currently says its active, it does not pop up on our website

Are you referring to a pop-up form or a landing page sign up form? They're two separate types types of sign up form, so you're not going to see a landing page "pop" on your website at any time. Landing pages are added to websites and elsewhere via their share URLs. When you add it to your website, you'll typically use it for a text, image, or button link. A pop-up form requires being coded into your website.
