I was contacted by you all because my card wasn't going through and I requested to put on hold. Now I see that you kept charging my account. I happened to look into this today as I wanted to start up and now I see even though I was not using the service and I had asked to put my account on hold you never did. I am sure you know that it is a difficult time $675.00 can be used more efficiently where my family needs it. I await your reply.

It looks like you already reached out to Billing, and they've escalated it for a manager review. You should be receiving an email response in the next 5 - 7 business days, once they've had time to review previous cases, correspondence, account activity, charges, etc.
