is there a limit to how long an email can be?

I want to add an educational article to my regular email.

Id rather it all be there rather them having to download a link.

how do I do this?

Hello @GailR250 ,

This article can help you get a better understanding of email lengths. One of the issues with particularly long emails is that many email programs will simply cut them off after a certain point (can vary from program to program), and the only way the email can be viewed in full is by the recipient clicking a link that redirects them to a program-built webpage version of the email (or a View as Webpage link you include in the email).

For what you're describing, it honestly would be much, much more advisable to include either a direct link to that article in your email, or a PDF version of it if you're allowed to provide it in such a way.
