Though we're happy to hear you're open to helping your fellow Constant Contact users, the previous message in this thread is regarding the phone number available for our List Review Specialists.
I apologize you were unable to connect with our List Review Specialists as easy as you should! I have taken a look at your account and can see you were able to connect with this team after all. In fact this team was able to remove the list review from your account. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with in the meantime.
This is seriously unacceptable.
We have spent the last 4 days trying to fix this authentication thing with the DKIM entered into the DNS and after calling your customer service 6 times (FYI we live in Asia and 10am for you means 10pm for us - and also every time we call we have to pay a serious fee), now there is this banner saying that we need our list to be reviewed. I mean literally on the same day we fix an issue and another one pop up!
Oh and of course this is only something that can be done over the phone, like questions cannot be asked on a chat or something...
Seriously I wanted to give a try but so far it has been a terrible experience! Hope to be able to fix that ASAP amd finally be able to send emails after a week of being unable to!
