I have cleaned up my excel list of clients and imported it into a new list in my account. However, some of the deleted ones are showing up on my CC list...why? They are NOT on my excel list and I didn't want them to receive this mailing. Prior to today, I had imported my client list...but after cleaning up my excel list I imported in, deleted the old list in CC, and assumed I was updated now. HELP please!

Hello @SallyW68 ,

 

Without knowing the exact contacts, we have no way of troubleshooting this. I'd recommend calling in with some examples of contacts you'd deleted prior to importing the cleaned list, that you absolutely confirmed were not in the cleaned list, so our agent can work with the higher level technical team to check the import logs. They may also have you send them the cleaned email list so they can go through it as well.
