I apologize you're unable to upload your PDF as easily as you should! What exactly are you experiencing (error messages, slow loading, etc.)? We have seen cases where some users are having issues with creating an image for each page in a multi-page PDF. If this is the case for you, we suggest splitting your pages into multiple PDFs or even clicking the X to not import any undesired images.
