Hello @Dr.CraigD ,

 

Are you getting any specific error messages when you try to login? Are you able to login through other browsers or while in Incognito/Private browsing?

 

Were you getting any unusual wording from the robot when you called in? Our phone support was open at the time of the feedback post, and still is at the time of this response. Our support can also be reached here in the Community, on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram in the DM's, and through chat.
