lost woocommerce integration

it looks like all of a sudden our webshop is not integrated in constant contact anymore. In Integrations under Connected Integrations it doesn't show anything allthough in woocommerce settings it says "you store is connected to constant contact". When I try to change or add products in our newsletter draft I'm asked to connect the store.
I haven't changed anything related, can you help me please?

The issue is often caused by the Wordpress "Plain" permalink type, which can be changed back once the integration is successfully connected. You should be able to find the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Permalinks > Common Settings. Choose any setting but Plain (which is the default).


Beyond this we unfortunately cannot assist with specific permalink settings, since they are outside of our integration. It may be worth reaching out to Wordpress' support directly for further assistance with the WooCommerce elements.
