I just send a email for testing purpose and it has my personal address marked as Suspended. Why is that, the email works fine and it is my primary address for my personal mails.

Hello @TaniaP28. I see that you also have this message as well. You will need to contact our Account Review department regarding the status of your account. You will not be able to send any emails out until this is done.
I am trying to test CC for the first time for my email tonight. I just subscribed on Friday and paid my monthly fee. Now it's telling me my mailing privileges are suspended - and customer service is closed until Monday morning.
I am sending my email out tonight. If CC is unavailable I will use another platform. Perplexed and baffled that my mailing privileges would be "suspended" when I've never even used the platform until this weekend, I've paid my money, and customer service is closed. Need help immediately to resolve.
