malware

There seems to be malware that popped up when I logged into my constant contact account. It pops up a new tab that my IT department had to remove.  Next time I accessed constant contact it happened again.  Here is location that all newly opened tabs go to:

 

 

When I called this in wait time was 30 minutes and I didn't have time to sit on hold

 

help please,
