I am so sorry to hear that you are not able to save emails as templates in your account. I can certainly understand how inconvenient this is for you. I would be more than happy to help you try and troubleshoot what is happening. In order to do so, I need some additional information. What email campaign are you trying to save as a template? What were the names of your older templates that are no longer showing in your Saved Templates?
