my zip code will not be accepted. So I am having problems paying.

The system will not take my zip code even though it is the right one. Now I can't pay. Now what?

Hi @RondaB383,

 

I'm sorry you can't get your billing information added to your account. Please contact Billing Support directly as they can definitely assist you with this right away.
