narrow by tag link not available

I'm trying to use tags to filter my audience for a campaign, but the "Narrow by tag" link is not showing when I Select Recipients. Anyone know why not?

Hello @MCI_NYWICI ,

 

At a certain contact list size emails do not send out via the narrow by tag option unfortunately. Seeing the narrow by tags within large list scheduling is listed as a feature request with us and I have added your name to that request. Until this is added into the product, you will need to create list based on that tag and you can then trigger the email to that new list. I have attached the steps for creating that segmented list here for you. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
