new editor problems sending campaign

Just built an email in the new editor. The schedule page says I have missing information and won't send it. It does not point out what is missing and I cannot find anything that is not correct.  Is this a bug in the new editor?

Hello @BradleyS23,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! It looks like something in your physical address at the very bottom of the scheduling page needs to be updated in order to send out the email. It could possibly be the zip code that is incorrect at the moment. Thanks!
