I signed up in were unable to import my gmail contacts. After 30 days to trying to get assistance I cancelled with out one email. Can I get a refund? Thank you. Carol Hamilton

I apologize this is the experience you had with your account! I can however see our Billing Support was able to assist with this refund request. Were you able to receive the confirmation email this team sent today? If you have any further questions or concerns, I would suggest responding directly to that email.
