not working correctly

When I try to print, copy, share or do anything with a campaign that has already been sent nothing in the drop down works. It has been this way for at least the last 3 to 4 weeks. Please tell me how to fix the issue since cc never used to do this? Thank you!

I went into your account and couldn't recreate the issues at all. If nothing in the drop-down seems to be working, then it sounds like you may be running into some connectivity issues when trying to access the site. Let’s start with some basic connectivity troubleshooting.


If none of those alleviate the issues, could you please provide a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section? Once we have that we can do some more advanced troubleshooting as needed.
