I apologize if I'm mistaken, but it sounds like you're running into a problem trying to upload contacts.  When uploading, if your file has more than a few columns, you may need to click the arrow on the right-side to see the rest of the columns.  It's possible that the second 'email' column is listed somewhere off the side of the screen beyond your current view.  If that's not working, you may want to send your contact sheet, and your username to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com along with a reference to this post, and we'll take a closer look to see what's going wrong.
