the last several times I've tried to build a newsletter it has been extremely frustrating as every single block I edit, I am unable to save. I've tired everything I can think of - different places with wifi, reloading pages, different browsers, praying and doing a pleading dance. I've used your platform for almost 10 years and it's been unworkable lately. Also - it has gotten SO expensive for our limited usage. Please help soon or I just can't keep this. thank you
I'm sorry to hear about this experience. Let's get you up and running. Could you tell me the name of the email campaign you're working on and if it's in the legacy editor or the Third Generation Editor? Additionally, are you getting any error messages when the block refuses to save?
