number of contacts

I went through and deleted about 250 contacts.  This left me with 9850 contacts

Then, I deleted 2 lists and specified to delete the contacts too; this should have take me down to about 9550.

However, my number of contacts stayed @ 9850.  Can you help me understand why my number of contacts isn't lower?

Hello @AngelaD6446 ,

When you select that option while deleting a list, it mentions that any contacts that are on other lists won't be deleted - only the contacts that are on the selected list and only on the selected list.
